Our proven interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, nutrition services, social services and recreation therapy identifies opportunities to improve health and well-being. Each resident is a core team member, sharing in regular review of his or her care plan, making choices and providing feedback to the team.

Seton Place is an independent living community, consisting of elegant one-floor apartments. It is located on campus in the St. Francis Center. One or two bedroom units are available.
Each unit has a convenient floor plan with large windows to enjoy the country setting, ample living and dining space, a bedroom with a large closet, and a spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space. All modern appliances are provided, including dishwasher and washer and dryer.
Our Medical Director is on the premises regularity to over see all medical care and our panel of physicians is affliliated with all the local hospitals. The highly skilled, compassionate nursing staff is available 24-hours a day to meet the needs of your room. Podiatry care, dental and vision care are are also available. The pharmacy delivers twice daily so your medications can begin quickly when ordered by your physician. Comprehensive care includes IV therapy, laboratory the need for a hospital visit.
Bright, spacious common areas are perfect for family visits. And if the time comes for you to return home, the Rehab staff will Privide each resident the opportunity for a home evaluation prior to discharge.
The staff will accompany you to your home or apartment to assess the surroundings. They make recommendations for changes or equipment needed to make your return home safe and successful.
